Peoples Company is pleased to present 252 acres m/l of high quality farmland in Buchanan County!  The land will be sold as four individual tracts. The auction will take place at the American Legion Community Hall in Hazleton, Iowa on Tuesday, February 11th, 2020 at 10:00 AM. The soil types on this farmland portfolio are high producing with CSR2 values well above the Buchanan County average of 75.8.

Tract 1:  80 acres m/l with 77.05 FSA cropland acres carrying a CSR2 value of 77.6.
Tract 2:  40 acres m/l with 37.16 FSA cropland acres carrying a CSR2 value of 82.8.
